When starting the public access file process, you will need to enter a unique identifier. This is simply a means for your team to be able to keep track of your different postings/files for internal recordkeeping. The LCA number is not provided until later in the process, so this is how we connect everything together. The unique identifier can be an employee name, email, number, or just the position title and DOH. These are simply suggestions. The field is an open text field, so you can use any identifier you would like.
NOTE: only **portal admin users** have access to the unique identifier. It is not included in any of the generated documents or in the posting documentation.
